Galito’s is a South African fast-casual chain known for its flame-grilled peri-peri chicken and bold local flavours. Founded in 1996 in Mbombela by ex-Nando’s franchisee Louis Germishuys, it started with homemade sauces and opened its first store beside a Nando’s, offering a unique twist.
